Thornholme is a hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 5 miles south west of the town of Bridlington and 1 mile north east of the village of Burton Agnes. It lies to the A614 road.

It forms part of the civil parish of Burton Agnes.
