Thord Swedenhammar, born in 1978 in Stockholm, Sweden. Swedenhammar has been active in Sweden's Moderate Party since the early 1990's, and has held a seat on the municipal council of Österåker. He is currently employed at Stockholm City Hall as Assistant Political Secretary, working for the Mayor of Stockholm, Kristina Axén Olin.
