Thomson Scientific & Healthcare is one of the four operating divisions of the Thomson Corporation.

Based in Connecticut and with about 4,000 staff in 18 or more countries, it provides integrated information solutions with brands such as Science Citation Index, Social Sciences Citation Index, Micromedex, Web of Science, and the Derwent World Patents Index. It offers 500 hours of free, certified medical education programs through its Continuing Medical Education website.
