Thomas of Jesus (1529-1582), also known as Thomas de Andrada, was a reformer and preacher, instrumental in creating the Discalced Augustinians - see Hermits of St. Augustine#Discalced Augustinians (Sometimes called the Barefooted Augustinians, or Augustinian Recollects).
