Thomas Richardson (judge)

Sir Thomas Richardson, born 3 July 1569 in Hardwick, Norfolk, was a Speaker of the House of Commons 1621-1622, and later became Chief Justice of Common Pleas 22 November 1626. He was promoted 24 October 1631 to Lord Chief Justice of King's Bench. He died 4 February 1635, and was buried in Westminster Abbey.
