Thomas Payne (architect)

Thomas Payne, OAA, FRAIC, AIA, B.Arch, M.Arch is a Canadian architect and partner in the firm Kuwabara, Payne, McKenna and Blumberg (formed in 1987).
Born in Chatham, Ontario, he studied architecture at the Princeton University (1971) (B.Arch) and Ecole des beaux arts in Paris, France and Yale University (M.Arch) 1974.
