Thomas E. Bearden

Thomas E. Bearden is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Army, and is now a theoretical conceptualist active in the study of scalar electromagnetics, advanced electrodynamics, unified field theory, and free energy systems[1]. He is the co-inventor of the Motionless Electromagnetic Generator - a purported over-unity EM generator.
