Yes, it's come a long way. I remember when I first found this article on 21 Feb 2005. Carrp marked it for cleanup four days later. I was very disappointed. Now, the article is much longer and better than before, thanks to the help of many good editors. [edit] Sports NPOV Dispute

The stories of the football and soccer team appear to be written to glorify the individual team, as if written by a member of that team. Because of the fact that "stud-muffin" was originally used as an adjective in the soccer section, it's safe to say that it's not being done from a neutral view point. Also, the soccer section points out the relative lack of "winning tradition" presented by the football team, a point that was stated in the previous paragraph, proclaiming the football as instilling a winning tradition to the school. Since no one has any comments or thoughts to add, it appears, I'm going to edit the sports sections to make them just state facts rather than tell stories. This will apply to the sports section and the Cross Country section, which will be combined into the sports section. I'm a Cross Country runner at the NCAA D3 level in college, and I see no reason why they need their own section in this article, so they should be combined into sports.--Metros232 15:37, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
And to further prove the bias, there are many sports that were not mentioned in the original article that won MANY state titles, like volleyball in the 1980s. You can argue that current students might not remember that so it wasn't included by them, but what about girls' soccer that won a title in 1998 and made the finals the next 2 years after that? but im not sure he graduated, i remember hearing him talking about it on the radio.

Flounder did attend Wootton, but he did not graduate. If he's included under "Notable Alumni," this needs to be indicated. --Llemonhead 15:20, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

I disambiguated Patriot to Patriot (American Revolution), but I'm not sure if it would more properly be disambiguated to Patriotism. Unless my assumption that the mascot is specifically referring to a rebelling British colonist is correct, it should be changed. Thanks! -- Anaraug 05:38, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
