May 17, 2005 edits. I revised the article to reflect the appointment of Msgr. Clarence Silva of Oakland as the new Honolulu ordinary. I also deleted the term presbyterium since Canon Law permits only the diocesan college of consultors to select the administrator. Aloysius Patacsil 21:50, May 17, 2005 (UTC)
