[edit] Overuse of the Word Chef...

This article over uses the word "Chef" in reference to Thomas Kellers early career. According to the Kitchen Bregade established by Georges-Auguste EscoffierHistory of Kitchen BrigadeOne is only refered to as Chef when he is the leader of a kitchen. Think of of the kitchen brigade like the military, the Chef is the General, the Sous Chef is a Seargent, and the line cooks and prep cooks are the privates. Does everyone here agree that Thomas should be refered to as a cook in refrence to his early career before he established his own restauurant?--SteppaStyle 16:27, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
