[edit] A cousin?

An anonymous user (4.149.222.235) added this bit of trivia...

  • Thomas Bee was a cousin of Ephraim Bee 1802- 1888, who owned and operated the Beehive Inn located at Lewisport, Western Virginia about 1828. Ephraim formed the Ancient and Honorable Order of E Clampsus Vitus in 1845. He later served in the First West Virginia Legislature in 1863 and served two more terms.

There was an Ephraim Bee, and I'll create a stub for him, but I cannot find a common ancestor betweeen him and Thomas, so I've moved the comment to the talk page. Lou I 16:19, 8 September 2005 (UTC)

I would add that he was nominated and confirmed to the Supreme Court. Seems significant.
