I scanned and modified this image myself (isolating the paragraph from some of the symbols on the lines above and below it). It is from "Thomas Natural Shorthand, Second Edition" published by Prentice-Hall 1945. Since this is a one-paragraph excerpt I don't believe that their copyright applies. Assuming that's correct, I release this scan into the public domain.
