The Red Shoes (1993) |
This Woman's Work is Kate Bush's eighth release.
It was released as an eight-CD box set in 1990, comprising her six previous albums and two discs of B-sides, rarities and remixes. The box set was rereleased in 1998 in different packaging.
The two rarities discs are titled This Woman's Work, Vol. 1 and This Woman's Work, Vol. 2. However, they have never been officially released as albums separate from the box set.
Although publicised as a collection of Bush's complete works up to 1990, in fact several tracks are missing from this collection, most notably her instrumental "Dreamtime"; the set also omits the many demo recordings that had been circulating on bootlegs.
