[edit] Plot
The clear organization of the Republican Convention is making the Democrats look in disarray as the three candidates continue to battle for a clear Democratic Presidential nominee. Bartlet asks Leo to take control and organize the Democratic Convention. Meanwhile, the International Space Station has a leak and is losing oxygen which jeopardizes the lives of the three astronauts aboard and morality and mortality are examined.
[edit] Trivia
This episode features Congressman Darren Gibson (R-MI) (David St. James), who was first featured in episode #309 Bartlet for America as a member of the House Government Oversight Committee investigating Bartlet who holds a dark secret in Leo's past. Here, he is shown railing against Bartlet during the Republican Convention. He is also featured in episode #606 The Dover Test.
The title comes from a line of the poem The Second Coming (poem) by William Butler Yeats.
'Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,'
