Thierry Aubin

Thierry Aubin is a mathematician at Centre de Mathématiques de Jussieu who works on Riemannian geometry and non-linear partial differential equations. He showed that Kaehler manifolds with negative first Chern classes have Kaehler-Einstein metrics, a result closely related to the Calabi conjecture.

He was elected to the Académie des sciences in 2003.
