[edit] CN's Screw up

Geg: please stop reverting my edits to trivia. You're in danger of violating the WP:3RR rule. The re-broadcast date IS encyclopedic in value, since it gives a date when the error may be corrected. Specifying some of the shows affected is also important for scheduling reasons. GarryKosmos 03:12, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

Rebroadcast dates are not encyclopedic. The Splendiferous Gegiford 03:17, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
Can you cite policy to back that up? I'm willing to let it go if Wiki policy says it shouldn't be there. GarryKosmos 03:21, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information. Veinor (talk to me) 04:29, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
Nope, sorry. That does not say that stating the rebroadcast date of an episode is indiscriminate. My argument is this: normally, you would only list the first time an episode airs. In this case, the first tie the episode aired there was an error. It is therefore significant when the episode first aired correctly. Case in point: the Adult Swim page mentions when a GitS ep first aired with an April Fool's redub, and then again when it was aired normally. This is similar. GarryKosmos 04:38, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
Point. I'm willing to leave it, just as long as nobody 3RR wars. Veinor (talk to me) 05:09, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Weird Rumor

I read some comments on youtube while watching these 2 idiotic boys scream about CN's failure on Saturday, March 24th, that the reason Cartoon Network had "technical difficulties" was because the Americans didn't have a voice actor for Itachi. I don't think this is true and I want to have an answer please. --Putmalk 02:19, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

If you click on the Wikilink for Itachi Uchiha, it clearly lists his English VA as Crispin Freeman. So that rumor is false. GarryKosmos 09:00, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Thank you very much. most of the comments were dumb anyway. It was a funny vid...maybe you should watch it. Just type "Naruto Episode 80" on search and look a title in capital letters, which says WHAT WE THINK ABOUT NARUTO EPISODE 80 ON CN or something like it.  :) --Putmalk 19:07, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

If that was true, I think Naruto would take a "break for the week" about three times.....and I just saw a couple of seconds of that freakin' video, man, they really should watch the fansubs if they're so desperate and those kids possibly have problems, I mean, they are on YouTube.Syarasu 01:41, 28 March 2007 (UTC)Syarasu

Agreed. --Putmalk 01:51, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sentence

I don't think it's that important, but I read the caption for the episode and it said the complete sentance was "I'v been here since Dawn".
