Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game is a role-playing game line published by Sword & Sorcery in 2003, based on the Warcraft computer game. The second edition is officially called World of Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game, but both editions are commonly referred to as the "Warcraft RPG" or "Warcraft tabletop" to avoid confusion with the World of Warcraft MMORPG.

Contents

[edit] Books

[edit] 1st Edition

  • Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game (actually published as a campaign setting for Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition, as it lacked detailed character generation rules and instead concentrated on describing the setting)
  • Warcraft Roleplaying: Manual of Monsters
  • Warcraft Roleplaying: Alliance & Horde Compendium
  • Warcraft Roleplaying: Magic & Mayhem
  • Warcraft Roleplaying: Lands of Conflict
  • Warcraft Roleplaying: Shadows & Light

[edit] 2nd Edition

  • World of Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game – 2005 revision and overhaul of the 2003 Warcraft RPG; published under the OGL rather than the d20 System License and with numerous changes to make the revision more like the World of Warcraft MMORPG rather than a Warcraft-themed modification of Dungeons & Dragons.
  • World of Warcraft: More Magic and Mayhem
  • World of Warcraft: Lands of Mystery
  • World of Warcraft: Alliance Player's Guide
  • World of Warcraft: Horde Player's Guide
  • World of Warcraft: Monster Guide
