A tag has been placed on Superman: The Man of Steel(film), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. LittleOldMe 11:54, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Superman
Hi, please add enough text to the article so that it will qualify as a stub.
The article is being challenged for its lack of content, not for notability. Regards LittleOldMe 12:12, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Good job. You did the neccesary as I was writing the preceding note.
- Also, edits to articles are not signed. I see that you've got the hang of signing in talk/discussion pages though. Let me know if you need any help. Happy editing. LittleOldMe 12:22, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Superman
Please see why all the other Superman sequel pages were protected. Creating a page with an inappropriate name, to bypass the protection, is not how you conduct editing here. It's crystal balling as was recently stated that the film won't even begin filming until March 2008. Between now and then anything can happen to push it back or cancel it indefinitely.
