[edit] Please be careful
Hello my friend. When I saw this edit, I went and checked the article's history. Since it was that editor's own additions that he/she deleted, I don't think it warranted any sort of warning at all, much less a final warning right off the bat. What are your thoughts? Thanks! —Elipongo (Talk|contribs) 02:16, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- (Conversation copied from User talk:Elipongo)
- I'm sorry about that warning and reverts. I tend to (sometimes) revert edits only if they just look like vandalism. I should be mroe careful. Thanks for the note.

- I've taken you up on your offer to copy the conversation over here. I wouldn't want people to think that you didn't answer my question. Anyways, thanks for responding and it's all cool, we all make mistakes— just look for the huge OOPS in my own recent edits! —Elipongo (Talk|contribs) 21:25, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Signature
WP:SIG says nothing of the sort.--Tom 21:07, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Headstrong Single Covers
None of the covers on the Headstrong page are official except that of He Said She Said. I think it's quite obvious that someone made the other ones on their PC. What is your opinion on this matter because you reverted the edit that removed these fake covers?Xerz
- In response to your post listed on my talk page: I understand that the edit was made in good faith. However, why should unofficial covers be placed in the article when simply "no cover available" can be placed? That is the case in this situation...no official covers have been released, therefore an image stating that should be used. Xerz 23:24, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
-
- In response to your post listed on my talk page: The thing is I have tried to contact the person who keeps placing these unofficial covers in the article. However, I have been unable to get a response from them. This is a repeated problem...Every time the covers are removed, someone (various editors) place them back because some believe they are official after seeing them in the article. I suppose the issue is not extremely serious and will be resolved eventually when official covers are released. Thanks for being diplomatic. Xerz 23:30, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your signature
Hi! I recommend you remove the image and external link in your signature, as, per WP:SIG, images and external links (even if they are related to Wikipedia) should not be in signatures. –Llama mantalkcontribs 01:10, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
- True, but it's a pretty signature. (gotta always see the positive side of things) Skult of Caro (talk) 19:50, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Vandals
Personally, I don't give them any of my attention at all. It is just plain sad that people spend time doing such things. Thanks for warning them.... KatalavenoTC 02:05, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] VandalProof
Yeeeesssss... VP is so nice after spending so long reverting and warning the old way... the only thing you gotta watch out for is multiple vandalism from multiple IPs, one right after the other, VP will only revert one IP/user at a time. So, at times, I still have a need for a popups revert. KatalavenoTC 01:24, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- BTW - for the first time ever, I am starting to see an error page when on RC patrol using VP. This is new. Are you seeing it too? It is very annoying... I wonder why this error page is suddenly appearing? I am going to leave a msg on Essjay's Talk Page and see if something has changed on the servers... KatalavenoTC 01:38, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your warning
Hi, unless I completely misunderstood you, I don't think you placed your warning on the right page. I did not vandalise nor did I remove any informatie, in fact, I was the one who reverted the vandalism :) If I did do something wrong (it looks alright on my screen?), please let me know! --JoanneB 21:53, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 65.24.147.148
The text I removed contradicted itself and read as nothing more than an attempt to show off the intelligence of the original author. Reading the text, “Wavelengths produced by microwaves (ranging from 30cm to 1mm) are not known to affect DNA,” shows that this wasn’t a goof after all. This bullet point does not belong in the Goofs section and it added no content to the article and therefore should be removed!—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.24.147.148 (talk • contribs).
[edit] Thanks
Thanks for the revert mate! I kinda knew after reverting all that vandalism that was coming. Thanks again! -- Borameer ™ 21:33, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Joseph Heller
My edit was not vandalism. In fact, my edit summary should have told you that. It was a revert to the last non-plagiarized version of the page. Thank you and fuck you.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.97.74.145 (talk)
- Well, I personally think this is so 71.97.74.145 has some reason to remove the warning from his/her talk page. Twice. And, I don't like profanity. ThePurpleMonkey(talk•portal•contribs) 22:17, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
-
- In all fairness, Mr. Monkey, how is profanity not accepted on wikipedia. They have individual articles for specific inappropriate words. I wish this to be an intelligent conversation, not a personal attack or a revert/flame war.

[edit] The user has not already had help
All they did was move the template, not modify it. I got no help and I would appreciate if you didn't remove my tags without helping me. Thank you. Slayerofangels 02:37, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Dispute
Hi this was not vandalism, instead a dispute can you please rv back I don't think its appropriate for others to be involved without proper authority of the subject, I know you are a RC patroller so no harm. 24.34.77.145 21:55, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
