[edit] Welcoming message

Welcome!

Hello, TheBlazikenMaster, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you enjoy it here and decide to stay. Here is some information that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here, and being a Wikipedian. Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Additionally, the sandbox is available if you wish to test your editing skills.

All in all, good luck, have fun, and be bold! SchuminWeb (Talk) 06:06, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

Why did I get a message from a stranger? TheBlazikenMaster 03:49, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
The first article you ever edited: DuckTales. DuckTales is on my watchlist, and I saw you pop in. As a member of the welcoming committee, I dropped you a "hello" message. SchuminWeb (Talk) 06:07, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
By the way, based on your concerns, I've modified my standard welcome message so that I can specify what article I saw people pop in on. So now, instead of just "Thank you for your contributions," I can say, "Thank you for your contributions to whatever," if I so desire. SchuminWeb (Talk) 06:07, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
Well, bye then. That's all I needed to know. TheBlazikenMaster 16:46, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Friends

It's not so much as that I don't reply to comments, I've just been getting really idiotic ones or ones that don't need a reply lately (that and I reply on the other person's talk page, like here). And sure o.o—ウルタプ 02:35, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Category:Fictional Trillionaires

I deleted it for you. There's no need to apologise, everyone makes mistakes. the wub "?!" 22:20, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Blaziken

Hi, thanks for explaining that blanking, and please accept my apologies for reverting it. AntiVan 22:59, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

No need to apologise, I would revert unexplained blanking. TheBlazikenMaster 10:12, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Charizard

Reading over your revert (which was legitimate as vandalism), I would like to point out that Firaga is the name of a spell from the Final Fantasy series of games. I wouldn't call it made up as an attack, just as a move. -Jeske (v^_^v) 22:44, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Well, Final Fantasy should have been mentioned in that line. TheBlazikenMaster 08:37, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Categories

I think it's silly to give non-articles categories. Besides, in the instance of Littleroot Town, the other towns don't have cats. - A Link to the Past (talk) 14:14, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] What's the big deal about no redirects to special wikipedia pages?

I just don't get it. VandalProof that redirects to the main article isn't allowed to be made. Articles for deletions redirect to Wikipedia:Articles for deletions can't be there either. What the hell is wrong with that? I just don't get it. TheBlazikenMaster 13:32, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Hello, TheBlazikenMaster. I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you are referring to. Would you mind explaining some more? You can reply here as I have your talk page on my watchlist. —XhantarTalk 14:17, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

For example, this article keeps getting deleted, I can't see why it can't be redirect to the wikipedia article VandalProof. The article "Articles for deletions" can't be redirect to "Wikipedia:Articles for deletions" I don't understand. TheBlazikenMaster 14:20, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Redirecting VandalProof to User:AmiDaniel/VandalProof violates WP:CSD#R2 which says that redirects to the Talk:, User: or User_talk: space from the main article space may be speedily deleted. Wodup 10:25, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, but what about redirects like Categories_For_deletion, why can't that come to Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion?
Have you read Wikipedia:Avoid self-references? Xiner (talk, email) 14:01, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Sorry, forgot to mention Wikipedia:Redirect. If you've any questions about either policy, feel free to message me. Xiner (talk, email) 14:34, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The Sandbox

If what you were editing in the sandbox was important, you can still access it in the History Logs. Please understand that what you edit in the Sandbox is not permanent and it will be deleted hours (maybe minutes) after you edit it. --cAnUcKiD!!!! visit my userpage! 22:21, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

I know that, I was just joking, to my knowledge joking is ok in the sandbox. Please correct me if I'm wrong. TheBlazikenMaster 22:27, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
There's no need to be sarcastic with me cAnUcKiD!!!! visit my userpage! 23:41, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks

Thanks for reverting the vandalism to my user page. It's appreciated. --Beezhive 22:01, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Goukazaru

  1. My name's not Jaske.
  2. The page is move-protected, not semi-protected.

-Jeske (v^_^v) 12:55, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

Well, sorry about that. Well, my mistake. By the way, nice job on protecting move. TheBlazikenMaster 18:14, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks AMIB for that, mainly. I just told him where hell was. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jeske Couriano (talkcontribs) 18:25, 16 March 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Tyranitar image

I left him a message about it, but he hasn't answered yet.—ウルタプ 00:30, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Well, I wanna tell you something about Wikipedia.

I was looking at WP:NOT, and nowhere on that page is the word rumor. Ksy92003 17:27, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

Read this instead.
Why'd you tell me to look at your userpage? I saw almost absolutely nothing there except your userboxes. Ksy92003 17:44, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Because I responded to your post. TheBlazikenMaster 17:49, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Please stay cool

Hi. I completely understand the frustration (believe me!) but edit summaries like this ([1]) aren't nice and make you look like the bad guy. Yours in good faith, --Dweller 20:01, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh sorry about that. I didn't mean to sound like I was calling that dude an idiot. I just wanted to tell him that that guy made no sense at all. You gotta believe me, I wasn't trying to insult that guy. TheBlazikenMaster 20:11, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Hey. I'm glad about that. It's easy to lose your cool here. It's also easy to appear to do so... which is almost as bad. I've fallen foul of that myself - I always apologise for appearing to be offensive. Anyway, thanks for taking my words to heart. Glad you're one of the good guys. --Dweller 20:18, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

No problem. TheBlazikenMaster 20:19, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] help us TheBlazikenMaster, you're our only hope

I noticed that you had voted to keep the category of Fictional Characters by Superpower on the march 7th CFD. Just in case you didn't yet notice, Raidant!'s decision to listify them was put up for review, and another vote started on the 14th. It seems those of us in favor of keeping the categories are losing the debate, and I was hoping you could lend your voice once more so we can keep them --Piemanmoo 20:06, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

I voted. Thanks for letting me know. TheBlazikenMaster 20:20, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] What's wrong with this redirect?

I don't understand, my redirect on annoying doesn't work. Can someone tell me what I did wrong? TheBlazikenMaster 10:08, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

Hi! According to m:Help:Redirect#Interwiki_redirects_and_redirects_to_special_pages, interwiki redirects are disabled. It's got to be a direct link, i.e. "KrakatoaKatie found the disabling of interwiki links annoying." Let me know if you have questions! KrakatoaKatie 11:01, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
