I have a Wikipedia-related blog now, so many of my thoughts will be recorded there, though I may occasionally add little things here.
[edit] Of assumptions
It's not helpful to be a WikiLawyer, that is, to approach policies and guidelines as if they were statutes, but it can be helpful to incorporate some ideas and concepts of legal reasoning into your everyday thought processes. Example: Wikipedia:Assume good faith is a good example of a rebuttable presumption. It is always to be assumed that a person is acting in good faith, unless there is sufficient evidence to the contrary; where there is such evidence however, there is no need to assume that a person is acting in good faith.
