My main interests as a Wikipedian are popular culture in general and Canadian popular culture in particular (although, admittedly, I haven't contributed much to the latter subject on here thus far), so most of my contributions are related in some way to something that's caught my interest in these areas (even if only tangentially).

I'm also keenly interested in anything related to fictional history, especially the construction of chronologies and timelines, along with all the issues of canon, continuity, and intertextuality inherent to fictional universes.

As an adjunct to that, my legal interests include copyright, trademarks, and other areas of intellectual property law.

I can sometimes be a bit of a Grammar Slammer Bammer, but I also take a number of minority positions when it comes to grammar that are relatively permissive. In other words, I'm not a grammatical fundamentalist.
