Transformation: The Life and Legacy of Werner Erhard is a 2006 documentary film about the controversial past of Werner Erhard. The film was written and directed by Robyn Symon. During the production of the film, Symon became interested in Erhard's work and subsequently took the Landmark Forum course.
The film stars Werner Erhard as himself, as well as Landmark Forum Leaders and past executives within Erhard Seminars Training and Werner Erhard and Associates : Laurel Scheaf and Randy McNamara.

Warren Bennis took the EST Training in London, in 1979. He served as a consultant[1] to Werner Erhard and Associates in the 1980s.

Don Lattin was the Religion Writer for The San Francisco Chronicle. He wrote an article[2] in 1990 entitled: Ex-Employees Describe Abuse In Suit Against est's Erhard.

Randy McNamara is a Landmark Forum Leader[3] within Landmark Education. As of August 1973, McNamara was an Est Trainer[4] within Werner Erhard's Erhard Seminars Training[5].

Laurel Scheaf first began working for Werner Erhard in 1967, going door-to-door with Erhard selling books for Grolier Society Inc. in San Francisco. She then helped recruit customers for his Mind Dynamics course[6]. She later was president of Erhard Seminars Training, while leading Erhard Seminars training courses[7]. She is currently a "Landmark Forum Leader."[8]

Jane Self wrote the book 60 Minutes and the Assassination of Werner Erhard, in 1992. Self noted in her book[9] that she had direct experience with Werner Erhard's coursework.
