Theta Cephei (θ Cep / θ Cep) is a Class A7, fourth-magnitude star in the constellation Cepheus. It is called by the proper name Al Kidr (Arabic القدر al-qidr), meaning "The Bowl".
Theta Cephei is a white spectroscopic binary star, located about 135 light-years from Earth.
