"There But For The Grace Of Grace" is the twenty-first episode of season two of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Will and Grace take a road trip to visit their old college professor, who inspired them in their college years. But their hopes fall when they discover that he has become a bitter old man, living across the street from his own "Grace", in a relationship that worries the duo about their own future. And, back in the city, Karen turns to Jack and Ben to help her learn how to cook, to please Stan on his birthday.
