Thematic Interpretation
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Thematic Interpretation is a technique of verbal communication used by Tour Guides to present complex and sometimes dry subject matter in an interesting and engaging way. The technique was popularized in the book Environmental Interpretation (1992) by Sam Ham and has become standard reading for most students of interpretive tour guiding.
Atty. Cathleen Carr, founder and developer of Premier Property Ads.com and sponsor of international tours, is a recognized contemporary expert of thematic interpretative tours regarding fine art, art glass and bead collecting and continental manners and protocol.
