We will see flashbacks and hear voice overs from staff other than J.D. A woman wants her 16-year-old daughter to have breast implants, which causes much controversy with the hospital staff and may ruin Turk's career. Jordan gives Elliot advice that may screw up her relationship with Keith and feels guilty. The nurses want a raise. Fantasies include: Ted making out with 2 girls because of his great hair. Todd with a son, whom he forces to wear a banana hammock. Jordan as a talk show host.
