Thee Corsairs are a three piece San Diego-based band who write and record garage rock based music. Formed in the summer of 2001 as a 4 piece while all members worked at an indie record store as something to do for fun. They quickly gained notice in the San Diego music scene for the style of music they play as well as for their drummer who wears a different wrestling mask every show:

In October of 2003 Thee Corsairs self-released their debut EP. The songs were originally recorded as demos, but found their way to a proper release.

In January of 2004 Thee Corsairs contributed two songs to the soundtrack for the Foundation Skateboard Company European Tour Video which got distribution world wide.

In May of 2004 Thee Corsairs were asked to record an "in-studio" performance for San Diego based radio station 91x

In May of 2005 original Singer/Guitarist Scott Nooner left the band to continue with schooling. The remaining member continued on as a 3 piece with each member taking over some of the vocal duties.

In 2006 Thee Corsairs signed on with UK-based Inka Records to release their new album "Tales of Rum And Whiskey" as a limited edition picture disc. Half the album was recorded live at The Casbah in San Diego with the other half being recorded in studio.
