The Opticon[1] is an online repository of free legal forms and legal reference materials launched by the talk radio host Steven Rinehart[2] to assit tenants, business owners, inmates, indigent claimants and others representing themselves pro se. It is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and archives legal forms that cover the spectrum of U.S. jurisprudence, including sample contracts, patents, memoranda, motions, and court pleadings.[citation needed]
