The NSW THING - Training, Helping, Inspiring New Generations.

This is a Christian Reformed Church of Australia (CRCA) program that has been formed in NSW from the now defunct national Target 21 program. It is primarily a leadership program, but there is also a mission focus to it as well. It is aimed at young people between the ages of 16-21, who exhibit leadership potential and are a devoted Christian in all aspects of their life. It is run in the July school holidays. The first half is run at the Morning Glory Christian Campsite at Wedderburn. The second half is run in the Solomon Islands, tying into the SWIM Mission Baseover there. The participants will then come back to Morning Glory Christian Campsite for a time of reflection and debrief. The aim of this program is to 'Equip the youth of the Kingdom today to be leaders in the Kingdom tomorrow.' This program will be run for the first time in 2007.
