Nagaland, a state in North eastern India is considered as The most Baptist state in the World. Tha state's population is 1.988 million(2001 census), out of which 90.02% are Christians. 80% of the state's population profess the Baptist faith, thus making it more Baptist than America's most Baptist state,Mississippi, where 52% of its population is Baptist.
