The Yangtse Incident

The Yangtse Incident (aka Battle Hell, Escape of the Amythest, Their Greatest Glory , and Yangtse Incident: The Story of H.M.S. Amethyst) was a 1957 British feature film.
The film is a dramatisation of the events surrounding HMS Amythest it actions on the Yangtse and the ships subsequent escape from Communist China in 1949.
The film was directed by Michael Anderson.
