The World Tonight is an English-language newscast aired on ABS-CBN Channel 2 (August 15, 1962 - September 21, 1972 September 14, 1986 - December 15, 1999), then move to 24-hour news channel ANC (January 1, 2000 - present). Anchored by Angelo Castro Jr and Tina Monzon-Palma competing I-Watch News (Radio Philippines Network), News on Q (Q) and News Central (Studio 23)
