The World Is Stone is a single by American singer, Cyndi Lauper.
Although this single was not released in USA, it was a hit in several countries (Number 15 in UK) but especially in France where it climbed to number 2, staying three months in the top 5. That single was one of the biggest selling singles in France that year.
The song is a ballad off of the soundtrack, Tycoon. On the single the B-Side was a song entitled, "You Have To Learn To Live Alone". The B-side was also featured on the soundtrack.
