The World's Wife
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The World's Wife is a collection of poems by Carol Ann Duffy published in 1999.
The poems follow Duffy's typical feminist theme. Here she takes events and characters from history and changes them into a woman's perspective. It is her first themed collection and is an AS Level English Literature set text.
