The Word (band)

The Word is a band composed of Robert Randolph (pedal steel guitar), John Medeski (keyboards), Chris Chew (bass guitar), Luther Dickinson (guitar), and Cody Dickinson (drums, washboard).
Their debut self titled album was released on Ropeadope Records July 31, 2001.
