The Weather is a collaboration album between Busdriver, Radioinactive and Daedelus, released on February 18, 2003. Fitting in with the style of music each artist is known for, it can described as alternative hip hop with avant-garde and experimental influences. It the only album the trio have released together, and no artist has revealed plans for any further projects.

The album received very mixed reviews when released. Pitchfork Media praised it, commenting:

Whereas Stylus Magazine criticized the album's consistency, saying:
| “ | It’s not that any track on the album is actually bad when compared to artists doing similar work – it’s just that it does nothing to differentiate them from the pack. It’s the “throw in everything including the kitchen sink, and hopefully it’ll work itself out” mentality at work again, and the end product is expectedly uneven. | ” |
