"The Weakness in Me" is a song by Joan Armatrading, from her 1981 album Walk Under Ladders.

It is featured on the soundtrack of the 1999 film 10 Things I Hate about You.

It has been covered by Melissa Etheridge and is featured on her DVD "Live...and Alone".

The song also became a hit for UK soul singer Keisha White in 2006, reaching number seventeen in the UK charts.[citation needed] It is featured on her debut album Seventeen and her second album Out Of My Hands.
