The Watcher (2000) is a film set in modern urban Chicago. A retired FBI agent (James Spader) who has been chasing the same serial killer for most of his career, burns out, retires, and moves to the Midwest. The serial killer (Keanu Reeves) follows him and resurrects his killing sprees. Marisa Tomei also stars.
