"The War" is the fourth single off of Angels And Airwaves' debut album, We Don't Need to Whisper as confirmed by front man Tom Delonge in a call to the Army of Angels right before the VMAs. The band released the short film for the song on October 27th, 2006.
The band recently released an official live music video of "The War". It first appeared on MTVU in December 2006.
It is also the theme song for the MTV reality football show "Two-A-Days".
