The Walking Wounded is the most recent studio album from Bayside; it was released on February 6, 2007. The Walking Wounded is the band's fifth album released since their first five years earlier and third album released with Victory Records. "Duality" has been released as Bayside's first single off The Walking Wounded; it was made available for download on iTunes on January 23, 2007.

The album debuted at number 75 on the U.S. Billboard 200 in mid-February, with about 13,000 copies sold.[1]

Like their previous studio record, The Walking Wounded was produced by Shep Goodman and Kenny Gioia.

  • At 4pm E.S.T on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, Bayside unveiled the song "The Walking Wounded" on their MySpace and PureVolume pages.
  • On the morning of Tuesday, January 23, 2007, the song Duality was released by the band on myspace.
  • The video for the first single, Duality, was filmed over the last weekend in January 2007. It was premiered on Steven's Untitled Rock Show on Fuse TV, on February 7th.
  • I Am The Avalanche's lead singer Vinnie Caruana does guest vocals on the song "The Walking Wounded"
