The Voice is the 13th episode of the ABC and Disney Television Show Recess.

[edit] Brief synopsis

Mikey is given a new music teacher, Miss Solharmony, after his singing talent inadvertently becomes apparent while he sings to himself in the school toilets. To his surprise, the tutor is a strikingly attractive young woman, and as his lessons progress he finds himself developing a crush on her. This affection leads to a sense of betrayal when Mikey finds out that Miss Solharmony has a boyfriend, a man her own age. Unhappily accepting that she is leaving the school, Mikey recovers enough to sing a heartfelt spiritual at the school concert, thinking of his teacher as he sings about "a vision of light".
