Paula Parkins (Moorhead), daughter of a local newpaper editor, has formed a gang with girls from her school and moonlights robbing gas stations. They dress in man's attire, leading the authorities to be unaware that they are female.
Paula's crimes begin to escalate, culminating in the destruction of a classroom at the behest of a "foreign power". This leads to a deadly shootout and Paula's ultimate fate.
