The Unseen is the debut album by Quasimoto, an alter ego of producer Madlib. Due to the rappers bizarre high-pitched vocal tone, the album is somewhat polarizing in that some people cant stand it, and many others consider it the most essential Hip Hop release of the 21st century. The album was concieved and recorded by Madlib during a week long psilocybin mushroom binge. [1]

[edit] Reviews

"The Unseen is a scorched chocolate coated valley scattered with 'shrooms and smoker's debris that astro-travels way beyond the unchartered hinterlands of Hip-Hop, not unlike De La's 3 Feet High And Rising once did." -Dan Stacey [2]
