The Truth is the debut album by Philadelphian rapper Beanie Sigel. It was released on February 29, 2000 by Def Jam to positive critical and commercial success. It reached Number 5 on The Billboard 200 and had three charting remotely popular singles: "Anything", "Remember Them Days" and "The Truth". Beanie Sigel and his debut album were intensely hyped up after "a few dazzling collaborations" according to Matt Conaway of All Music Guide and Conaway says that it "is the culmination of that promise" [1].
