The Troubles in Dungiven recounts incidents during, and the effects of the Troubles in Dungiven, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland.
Incidents in Dungiven during the Troubles resulting in two or more fatalities:
1972
- 24 June 1972 - Christopher Stevenson (24), David Moon (24) and Stuart Reid (26), all members of the British Army, were killed in a Provisional Irish Republican Army land mine attack on their mobile patrol, Crabarkey, near Dungiven.
1975 26th July- Constable Robert McPherson Fatally wounded in gun attack in Dungiven, Co. Londonderry. He was posthumously awarded a Queen's Commendation for bravery.
1981
- 11 August 1981 Kevin Lynch died after a hunger strike in Long Kesh prison. He was born in Dungiven, and there is now a memorial to him there. He was an Irish National Liberation Army prisoner protesting against the repeal of their prisoner of war status.
