[edit] Body Count
Austin Carter: Hacked to death by Elizabeth "The Tooth Fairy" Craven when she comes lunging towards him with a hatchet.
Bobby Boulet: Killed when The Tooth Fairy knocks him unconscious and has placed him onto a woodchipper. The Tooth Fairy proceeds to turn the machinery on, causing Bobby to eventually be sucked into the blades of the woodchipper.
Cherise: While performing a spell, The Tooth Fairy pins her hands and feet to the wall with a nailgun. The Tooth Fairy then hacks off Cherise's arm and then hacks her to death with a hatchet.

Henry Hammond: Hit in the shoulder with a hatchet by The Tooth Fairy, after he sees Chuck lying on the ground bleeding to death. He dies shortly afterwards next to his brother Chuck.
