The Taxman

The Taxman is a 1998 movie directed by Avi Nesher and written by Nesher and Roger Berger. It stars Joe Pantoliano, Wade Domínguez, Elizabeth Berkley, Michael Chiklis, and Robert Townsend. The plot concerns a tax investigator who stumbles over a series of bloody murders and gets involved in an investigation with a rookie cop.
