The Switch is an episode of the series Kappa Mikey. Though the second episode, it aired as the first episode (and thusly, the series premiere episode)

When Mikey requests from Ozu a room in LilyMu Towers, as the hotel he had been staying in had extremely small rooms, however, Ozu tells him that there have been no rooms available for years. (Even the Prime Minister wants in) To make up for it, Ozu starts to give Mikey many gifts, including a machine that turns rocks into bricks, Lily's skin cream, Gonard's pants, and Lily's stereo. Mikey finally puts a stop to the madness when he once again requests a room in LilyMu. Ozu thinks for a minute and decides to move him in with Lily and Mitsuki until another room opens up.

After Mikey completely, though not necessarily intentionally, destroys the room, Lily and Mikey have a huge blowout in front of Ozu's apartment, Ozu evicts Lily and Mitsuki from the room and sends them to a nasty, garbage-filled, windowless room. Mikey at first thinks this is great, as he now has the room all to himself, but he soom grows lonely.

Mikey goes up to Lily and Mitsuki's apartment to apologize, and, after he sees how "awesome" the room is, he asks for a room change. They agree, and Mikey moves into the room. Plus, he gets a housewarming present from Ozu and Yes Man: a window.
