The Sugarhouse is a nightclub in Lancaster City Centre, Lancashire UK.

At present, it is the Lancaster University Students Union club, hosting student nights throughout the week and serving a vast array of pleasant beverages for its regular customers, of which visit the Sugarhouse throughout their student life at Lancaster University.

A wide range of musical tastes are catered for in the Sugarhouse, from "cheesey pop" to heavy metal.

Comedy

Once a fortnight it hosts a comedy evening where daring comedians from around the country often endure harsh banter from the audience in the form of heckling and slow hand clapping.

Kebabs

Associated establisments must have to be Ikys Kebab shop, located next door, serving luxurious doner meat and other post alcohol type snacks.

Culture

Many students from the university consider the sugarhouse a place of fond memories, some memories at little more hazy than others but none the less, a place to be experienced at least once.
